Dr Celia Daley BVSc Hons

Principal Veterinarian

Celia graduated from Melbourne University in 2001, and has been working as a small animal vet since then. She then moved to Darwin and started at All Pets in 2007. Celia loves working at All Pets and enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine. Celia always ties to offer the best available care for all her patients. Celia regularly attends veterinary conferences, and under takes continuing education to keep up her knowledge up to date.

At home Celia has two dogs and two little boys which keep her busy outside of work. She also enjoys camping, walking and travelling.

Dr Julie Murakami BVMS MVS

Senior Veterinarian

A born and bred Darwinite, Julie has been a qualified vet for more than 25 years. Specialising in orthopaedics, Julie is Darwin’s local expert when it comes to keeping your pets moving. Julie is passionate about education and keeping up with the latest procedures. In amongst many conferences and training courses, Julie also completed her Masters In Veterinary Studies in 2007. She’s also a little nuts when it comes to Chihuahuas.

Dr Melissa Sherwood BVSc


Melissa is a born and raised Darwinian. She graduated from Murdoch University in 1999, and began working at All Pets immediately. She particularly enjoys working up small animal medicine cases and getting good outcomes for the pets and their families. She has also done further study in animal behavioral issues and is our resident expert in this field.

Melissa is currently only seeing animals with behavioral issues on a referral basis.

Dr Kristina Fisher BVMS MRCVS


Kristina is American  and grew up in Western Pennsylvania. She studied psychology and biology at Purdue University in Indiana and graduated in 2006. She then studied veterinary medicine at the  University of Glasgow in Scotland graduating in 2012.

She moved  to Darwin in 2017 to join the All Pets team. Kristina is keen to learn more about orthopaedic surgery and will be attending further training courses later this year. She enjoys teaming up with Dr. Julie Murakami to expand her knowledge of orthopaedic surgery. Aside from surgery, Kristina also enjoys treating wildlife. This can vary from injured animals to youngsters who need a health check to ensure they are ok to go to a wildlife carer. You will notice Kristina is exteamly friendly and will strive to make clients feel comfortable in any situation.

Whilst she enjoys her days off work exploring the Northern Territory she also has fun spending time with her cat Moby. Moby was found as a stray kitten and was admitted to All Pets to be health checked. Fortunately for Kristina,  no one claimed Moby so she took him on and gave him a lovely home.

Kristina's special interests include scuba diving, camping, softball, roller derby and travelling. We look forward to seeing Kristina progress this year and continue providing great care to all the patients she see's at All Pets!

Dr. Carolyn Botes BVSc


Carolyn and Wietz both joined the All Pets team in January 2018. Both Carolyn and Wietz will be working at All Pets for at least the next two years. was born and grew up in Pretoria, South Africa. She studied veterinary science at the Ondrstepoort campus, University of Pretoria and graduated in 2016.

Carolyn moved to Darwin with Wietz in January and is enjoying learning about all the different animals here in Australia that she didn't get to see in South Africa. Whilst in South Africa Carolyn enjoyed horse riding and spending time with her three cats, five sheep and two goats!

She is looking forward to exploring the NT and looking to join an adult ballet class and making friends along the way. As a new grad, Carolyn aims to work in general practice for the next couple of years before deciding on her special interest. She is great with emergencies and shows she is very efficient when dealing with each individual case, showing sympathy and compassion.

Dr. Wietz Botes BVSc


Wietz and Carolyn came to Australia in January 2018, joining the All Pets team as new vets. Both Wietz and Carolyn will be working at All Pets for at least the next two years. Wietz was born in South Africa and grew up in Rustnbuurg. He studied veterinary science at the Ondrstepoort campus, University of Pretoria and graduated in 2016. Wietz has a special interest in snakes and looks forward to handling these animals and learning more about them during his time at All Pets.

He enjoys fishing and cooking outside of work and loves to spend time out on a boat fishing for a whole day. Wietz shows compassion and care when it comes to his patients. He built a great client base very quickly at All Pets and it's a pleasure to see clients coming back to see him on a regular basis.

Wietz is enjoying settling in to the Darwin lifestyle and looks forward to exploring more of the Territory in the coming dry season.

Dr Emily Togher MVB


Emily is originally from Ireland... and grew up in Mayo with her family. She studied at the UCD in Dublin, Ireland and graduated in 2009 as a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine. She started working for All Pets as a locum vet in March 2016 and we enjoy having Emily work for us on a regular basis. Emily's special interests include canine and feline medicine, diagnostics and continued education. It is within Emily's future career plans for her to branch in to orthopedic surgery.

Emily has a beautiful 'darwin special' rescue dog called Missy who is one crazy, fun and lovable dog! Missy is very active and occupies Emily's free time with long walks. Emily's other hobbies include reading, swimming and music.

We look forward to having Emily working for All Pets throughout 2018 and future years to come.

Rach Martin

Practice Manager

Rach was born in Gloucestershire, England but came to Australia in 2016 to travel. After travelling for two years Rach came and joined the All Pets team in July 2017 as a receptionist. She had worked as a receptionist and retail manager in a veterinary animal hospital back in her home town. After only a short while at All Pets Rach quickly progressed to Practice Manager.

Rach enjoys fostering young kittens and puppies and with ten years experience Rach looks forward to getting back in to horse riding in the NT as it was a passion for her when she lived in the UK. Rach enjoys socialising with her backpacking friends on weekends and looks foward to going to the Mindil markets during the dry season.

Rach looks forward to settling in to the Darwin lifestyle and exploring more of the Northern Territory in the upcoming months.

Tracy Farquhar

Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Tracy joined the All Pets team in November 2017 as a qualified veterinary nurse. She previously worked in a clinic in central Queensland and in Victoria. Tracy has a special interest when it comes to pet nutrition and how it can affect an animals general well being. Tracy was born in Greenwich in London, UK and emigrated to Australia in 2003 with her partner. She qualified as a vet nurse in December 2014 after studying with The Australian College of Veterinary Nursing.

Tracy's personal interests including writing, photography and drawing. She currently has no pets but previously had an 'RSPCA special' dog called Allie. Tracy is always keen to learn whilst working in this industry and really enjoys attending conferences and keeping up to date with the latest resources. Some of Tracy's favourite interests at work include reptiles, birds and veterinary in-house diagnostics.

All Pets is pleased to have a brilliant nurse on the team and we all look forward to seeing our trainee nurses learn from Tracy over the coming months. 

Naomi Loresco

Kennel Hand

Naomi started working for All Pets in February 2017 as a kennel hand and since then she has become a big part of the team. She was born in the Phillippines and grew up in Australia going on to studying at Darwin High School, and will be graduating in 2018. Naomi enjoys spending time with her younger siblings at home and going out to socialise with friends.

She began working one day a week at All Pets assisting with all things animal hospital related. This year Naomi has increased her hours and continues to work hard and is always willing to help with any task. We look forward to seeing Naomi progress further in to her career once she has graduated.

Thecla Brogan

Trainee Veterinary Nurse

Thecla is a true Territorian, raised on the Tiwi Islands. She started working here at All Pets mid 2016 and has already gained her Certificate 2 in Animal Studies. She is now working towards her Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing.

Thecla has always loved animals, particularly seeing wildlife while travelling to all corners of the NT. She has raised several kittens and enjoys seeing them rehomed to new families. Thecla loves going to the beach and collecting rocks. She also collects crystals and gems.

Thecla aims to complete her qualification and develop her skills in all aspects of being a veterinary nursing.

Ebony Sloan

Trainee Veterinary Nurse

Ebony joined All Pets in February 2018 after re-locating from the Gold Coast, QLD where she was born in Rockhampton. In 2015 she completed her Certificate 2 in animal studies and then graduated from highschool in 2016. Ebony's special interests include fostering and raising young animals. She has two Staffirdshire Bull Terriers as pets and enjoys horse riding, going to the beach and playing netball in her spare time.

Ebony strives to be hands-on when it comes to dealing with the patients. She loves to interact with the inpatients and help to give medication, food and cuddles! Ebony is looking forward to starting her Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing in the near future.

Michelle Murphy

Trainee Veterinary Nurse

We are very pleased to welcome Michelle to the All Pets team. She joined us in Ferbruary 2018, and is currently studying her Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing. Michelle was born in Alice Springs and raised on Idracowra cattle station in central Australia.

Michelle enjoys nursing the inpatients from the minute they are admitted to the minute they leave All Pets at the time of discharge. She feels happy doing surgery and monitoring aneasthetics but also working on the reception desk greeting clients and there furry friends. Michelle is a bubbly character who always has a huge smile on her face, it's a pleasure to see her interacting with the clients and patients here at All Pets.

Outside of work Michelle loves to spend time with her fiance, her dog Bonnie who is a Staffordshire Bull Terrior cross, and her new fluffy long-haired kitten Clyde! She plays guitar and sings in her free time and loves exploring out bush in the NT going on adventures. Michelle has a close network with her family and friends and being newly engaged means she looks forward to the exciting times of wedding planning!

Madeleine Re

Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Madeleine is a new addition to All Pets, she joined the team in March 2018 as a qualified veterinary nurse. Madeleine was born in Sydney and grew up there also. She studied at Tafe Sydney Institute and graduated in 2014 and went on to work in a wildlife specialist hospital in Sydney. Madeleine then went on to her first small animal job in Broome WA working as a veterinary nurse. Now she has recently moved to Darwin to start her new job and to see what the Northern Territory has to offer.

Madeleine's special interests include wildlife, birds, exotics (pocket pets), and veterinary medicine. She owns a very strong-willed but affectionate cockateil named Eddie. In her spare time she enjoys baking, reading, flower arranging, going to the cinema and exploring Darwin.

Although Madeleine this new to the team, we are confident she is already fitting in perfectly at All Pets. She has a clear passion for animals and a keen interest to stay up to date with new veterinary science and medicine. We look forward to seeing Madeleine reach her full potential within her nursing career.

Tahlia Fairchild

Qualified Veterinary Nurse

Tahlia was born and grew up in Darwin. She studied at Darwin High, and started working for All Pets in 2015. She got in to nursing fairly quickly and enrolled to study her Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing whilst completing year 11 and 12. Tahlia has now completed all of her college work and is almost fully qualified!

Tahlia has a special interest in animal hospital nursing including surgery. She loves all animals and makes a special effort to give the best treatment and attention to each individual inpatient when the patient may be staying in hospital or just visiting for a consultation. It's been a pleasure for All Pets to see Tahlia grow within her career over the past few years.

At home Tahlia has one Rottweiler called Arnie, three cats called Garry, Harley and Billy and two rats... Harrison and Leo! All of these happy and healthy pets keep Tahlia busy on her days off. Growing up from a young age she always knew she wanted to work with animals and always enjoys doing anything animal related in and outside of work.

Rainah O'Donnell

Trainee Veterinary Nurse

Rainah is new to the Top End and hails from Western Australia. She was born in Kalgoorlie but grew up in Perth, WA. She joined the All Pets team in August 2017 and is already a valuable part of the team. Rainah is always happy to help her colleagues and assist the vets where possible.

Rainah is enrolled in Certificate 4 Veterinary Nursing and is keen to develop her skills in surgical nursing. She also loves seeing the huge variety of wildlife that All Pets see on a daily basis and assisting the vets with treating the injured wildlife where possible.

In Rainah's spare time she enjoys going to the beach and adventuring with her partner and dog 'Bully Girl' who Rainah rescued from a puppy. Bully Girl was the runt of the litter and sadly nobody wanted her. She was roughly 3-4 weeks old and still needed bottle feeding. Rainah decided to hand-rear the little kelpie cross and has enjoyed her company ever since. We see Bully Girl for social visits every now and then as she can be cheeky from time to time!

Rainah decided at the beginning of 2018 to get Bully Girl a friend, and along came Simba! Simba was a stray kitten that Rainah decided to rescue and take on as her own after no owners could be traced. Simba has a big personality and enjoys exploring and playing in the garden with his new best friend.

Rainah is looking forward to completing her Certificate 4 and becoming a confident, caring veterinary nurse.
